Do I need a Title 24 report for my project?

If your California residential project involves new construction, an addition, an ADU, or a major remodel that touches the building envelope, HVAC, or water heating, your building department will almost certainly require a Title 24 compliance report for permit approval. How fast will I get my report?

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from receiving complete plans. Expedited 1–2 day service is available for an additional fee.

I'm a homeowner, not a contractor. Can I order directly?

Absolutely. Many of our clients are homeowners managing their own ADU or remodel permits. We keep the process simple — submit your plans, and we handle the technical side.

What do you need from me?

Architectural plans (PDF preferred) showing floor plans, elevations, and window/door schedules, plus basic info about HVAC and water heating equipment. If anything is missing, we'll tell you exactly what we need.

What if my plans change after the report is done?

Revisions are $85–$175 depending on scope. Most minor changes are quick to re-run.
